"Orelhas Sem Fronteiras" é uma Associação sem fins lucrativos com o intuito de promover e valorizar os asininos. Tem como objecto social a salvaguarda, o estudo, a divulgação, a promoção e a valorização do gado asinino nas suas várias vertentes, nomeadamente no bem estar e saúde animal, actividades agrícolas, lúdicas, terapêuticas, turísticas, ambientais, educacionais e criativas, estabelecendo a ligação ao ecossistema património-cultural-ambiental no qual o gado asinino se insere, com também a criação de uma rede de intercâmbio nacional e internacional.

As actividades da Associação "Orelhas Sem Fronteiras" decorrem em três quintas:

• Aljezur "Quinta das Amoreiras"

•  Barão de S. João "Quinta O Galo"

•  Sargaçal "Quinta do Barco Cheio"

The association “Orelhas sem Fronteiras” is a nonprofit association founded for the promotion of and add value to donkeys.  Its social aim is the safeguard, studies, to give information, to map the donkey in the Algarve  and the valorization of the donkey in general, in its various areas; namely the  wellbeing and health of the animal, agricultural activities, entertainment, therapies, tourism, environmental, educational and creative activities in order to establish the connection to the eco-system and the environmental-cultural-heritage in the habitat of the donkey, as well as the setting up of a network of national and international exchange.

The various activities of the Association "Orelhas sem Fronteiras" take place on 3 farms:

•  Aljezur "Quinta das Amoreiras"

•  Barão de S. João "Quinta O Galo"

•  Sargaçal "Quinta do Barco Cheio"
